A Day in Milan

We only had a day to explore Milan when we started with our trip to Italy, after exploring Paris for a week in June 2013. It was a weekend then so we saw lots of Filipinos in the Italian fashion capital. Our time was very limited so we just roamed around the Duomo Centrale area. An unforgettable moment for me and Eva before this was taken was talking to an Italian man asking for directions going to Duomo Milano, the man looks like Filipina actress, Cita Astal. Florence: Birthplace of Renaissance

Da Vinci, Galileo Galilee and Alighieri's haven.   Definitely my favorite Tuscan region. Ciao Firenze! June 2013, I look so young here. I can see my friend Eva here in the reflection. Milano Centrale train station for our ride to Florence Italian cities have thousands of fountains. During my first time in Italy, I did not know they were safe for drinking. When I came back in summer of 2017, I made sure I've got an empty bottle with me to quench my thirst with these reliable fountains. Countries like Italy earns a lot from tourists.
