Trip to Phuket (2010)

Today, I decided to reactivate this blog to kill time at home. I will start by posting about the company trip we had at Phuket, Thailand, way back in 2010.

Unfinished Big Buddha structure.

Posing with a Thai lady in national costume.

So many tourists in Phuket, Thailand.

Map of Phuket at airport.

(with Ate Miraluna May Tongoy, Heng Szu Tan, Inn Fang Teng-Tan, Kok Yong Chris Ngooi, Gary Low, Peter Zmijewski, Le Vo - Zeke Kievel, Isagani Casilan, Mark Anthony Garcia, Rey Castillo and Kent Aguilar)

Country flags. Philippines and Singapore represent.

I shared room with Teng Inn Fang, one of the kindest Chinese-Malaysian colleague I had in Singapore.

Too bad, we had no time trying the pool at Marriott Courtyard Phuket.

We stayed at Marriott Courtyard, all expense paid by the company.

Smelly elephants at Phuket FantaSea

With Ms. Tan Heng Szu, I did not have the chance to see her again after leaving the company. I heard she survived cancer. She was soft-spoken and timid during my time in SmartIdea.

Rang Yai Island

Feeling itchy near a bougainvillea plant.

Island hopping.

Lunch over the beach. Thank you, Madame Jean. :)

They say koi are lucky fishes. I remembering wishing while feeding them.

Giant fishes. :)

Will be forever grateful to these two bosses. Perhaps, I failed thanking them but I will always remember they  have brought me and Rey to Singapore and this strengthened our relationship.

At Golden Kinnaree Restaurant, the design looks heavenly but their buffet food tastes average.

My two ex-bosses, Peter and Jeanette Zmijewski. Thank you for everything and for helping Filipinos like me. Hoping your little Sophie is doing great. You may not remember me as one of your employees but I will keep you both in my little heart. <3 td="">

First time to see a white tiger.

Ending this post with this giant-looking cockroach.
