Global Yellow Pages Singapore Resells Google AdWords
As of February
2012, Global Yellow Pages (GYP) Singapore had begun selling ad placements in
Google Search sponsored listings.
Despite the
concern that Yellow Pages Singapore risks its core print and online directory
products by reselling Pay-per-Click (PPC) solutions directly to web site owners
and advertisers, they’re cleverly bundling their core print products and
methodically leveraged their sales force.
Although there are
claims that the Yellow Pages industry is dying, the company is making the shift
of combining print and online products to remain a relevant local player in the
advertising field.
Currently, aside
from their Google AdWords packages being sold as ala carte, Global Yellow Pages also have bundle solutions for its
other products, portals and directories.
